They emphasize a culture of continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionAs a Quality Manager:Maintain and improve the company's quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.Lead internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Develop and implement quality procedures, processes, and documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Supervise quality testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service performance.Serve as the primary liaison for customer audits, corrective actions, and quality-related communications.
