Quality Manager - Chase Brass : Job Details

Quality Manager Responsibilities:Ensures proper and timely functioning of the customer complaint system including reporting and communication. Uses problem solving and continuous improvement tools as applied to customer and internal issues. Manages laboratory personnel and objectives to meet the needs of production departments. Provides leadership of and participation in improvement and business growth teams to support strategic initiatives and goals. Maintains and manages the ISO 9001 internal audit function along with general operation of the system. Quality Manager Qualifications:Minimum bachelor's degree (chemistry, metallurgy or materials science preferred), plus at least five years of related experience. ISO 9001 or similar quality system management and lead internal auditor certification. Excellent problem-solving skills - Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus.
