The Quality Manager will lead the company's quality department related to shot peening and non-destructive testing, ensuring continued compliance with industry standards such as AS9100. This role is fully on-site and will be part of the leadership team, responsible for internal audits, employee training, documentation control, and driving continuous improvement efforts. This is a direct hire, full-time position offering long-term stability and competitive compensation. Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 Depending on experience Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of quality control experience Within a Manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100
• Experience leading internal audits and managing non-conformances
• Familiarity with aerospace standards, Nadcap audits, and customer quality requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
