The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in corrugated packaging, strong leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.Key Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System (QMS) for the plant, ensuring compliance with internal and customer-specific standards
• Lead a team of quality technicians and oversee daily quality control operations across all production shifts
• Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
• Interface directly with key customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure long-term satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality, waste reduction, and line efficiency
• Lead audits (internal and external) and maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory and customer requirements
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to drive process improvements and defect prevention

Top Skills & Experience Required

• Corrugated packaging or converting experience – required
• 5+ years in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of QMS, CAPA, SPC, and ISO or customer-driven standards
• Demonstrated success leading and developing quality teams
• Proficient in quality tools (Pareto, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plans)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred but not required
