• Salary range for Quality Lead starts at $75,000 per year & is based on experience

At our facility in Piscataway, NJ, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Lead:

• Provide leadership and insight as a member of the senior management team.
• Implementation and monitoring of the daily management activities in collaboration with the quality team at the group level.
• Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and audit of various certifications.
• Lead customer interactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders for the execution of customer qualifications, product qualifications, and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities from the complaint management system.
• Establish and analyze site quality objectives regarding product issues, defective materials, customer, and supplier complaints.
• Participate in the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with the operations team.
• Responsible for training and raising awareness of staff on quality principles, procedures, and quality culture.
• Contribute to improving group synergy and global success through our containerboard network.

You too will put forward your strengths:

• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, course or certification in quality management, or a combination of the above.
• 5+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing processes, and knowledge of industry regulations.
• 1+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications in quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma belts, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001) are considered an asset.
