Quality Lead - MARATHON STAFFING GROUP : Job Details

Now hiring Quality Assistant for local automotive manufacturing plant who will be responsible for ensuring that vehicle parts are built to meet high quality standards.

General Responsibilities:

• Inspection Tasks: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assembled vehicles to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. This may involve using specialized tools and gauges.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Record inspection data and report any non-conformances to the Quality team. Identify trends and prevent future issues.
• Supporting Quality Initiatives: Assist Quality Engineers with various tasks, such as data analysis, preparing reports, and conducting audits.
• Process Adherence: Ensure that production processes are followed correctly to minimize the risk of errors. This may involve checking work instructions and verifying proper use of tools and equipment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with production line workers, inspectors, and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues.

Additional Tasks May Include:

• Participating in training programs to stay up-to-date on quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Assisting with implementing new quality control processes.
• Helping to maintain quality control documentation.
