As a Quality Lab Operations Leader working onsite in Delaware, OH, you will be responsible for a variety of laboratory operations in quality control and research settings. In the QC team, you will manage a team of technicians in sample validation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the QC Lab Manager, you will serve as a role model, facilitate technicians, and drive strategic plans at the laboratory level.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily allocation of resources among the QC team.Drive team performance and develop accountability mechanisms to support feedback.Identify support requirements for multiple departments and help achieve strategic goals.Facilitate and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.Identify and scope process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with other QC lab supervisors to scope opportunities across different work areas.Lead daily meetings with technicians.Support technicians' needs and manage physical resources of the lab.Understand and maintain Delaware's Quality Management System requirements.Maintain personal and team development plans.Contribute to departmental action items as assigned.Qualifications
