Job Description :

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Contractor-ISO9000 opening for our client in Rochester, MN.

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 months

Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management processes in alignment with ISO 9000 standards.

  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with established quality systems and procedures.

  • Prepare and maintain required ISO 9000 documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards across projects.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support corrective/preventive actions.

  • Provide training and guidance on ISO 9000 standards and best practices to team members and stakeholders.

  • Support external audits and act as the primary liaison with certification bodies.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and quality management principles.

  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret and apply quality standards across diverse operational areas.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance or quality management.

  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9000 implementation and maintenance.

  • Prior experience conducting internal and external audits.

  • Experience in developing and delivering quality-related training.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • ISO 9000 Auditor/Lead Auditor certification strongly desired.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $90.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
