This role is based in Wichita, Kansas, a global hub for aircraft manufacturing and aerospace innovation. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that aerospace components consistently meet rigorous standards for quality and safety. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and advance within the industry. Once you join our team, you will be deployed through SQA's operations center based on client needs and supplier production schedules, providing dynamic opportunities for professional development.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with work instructionsIdentify and address quality issues, collaborating with other departments as neededQuality inspection of productsCollaborate with team membersRequired Qualifications:An eye for qualityA strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocolsAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility to work overtime as needed and support third shift with flexibility to support 1st or 2nd shift where neededA positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine eagerness to learnMust be willing to undergo a background checkMust be ITAR-compliant>Preferred Qualifications:A military background is highly valued but not mandatoryPrevious experience in industrial manufacturing is a strong plusProficiency in using hand precision tools is a plus$25 - $31 an hourMileage reimbursement ($0.67 per mile.)
