Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Inspector | 1st Shift | $20/hr | Wappingers Falls, NY | Temp-to-Hire Pay: $20.00/hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (must be available for overtime on short notice) Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time Location: Wappingers Falls, NY We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on quality control experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, strong technical skills, and the ability to work closely with others to maintain high product standards. Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Interpret and apply basic schematic drawings to inspection processes
• Use mechanical and assembly skills to assess product functionality and compliance
• Maintain accurate records within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Utilize Microsoft Office to document inspections, reports, and communications
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Control/Inspection
• Basic mechanical and assembly knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least 2 years' experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work as part of a team
