Job Summary
The Quality Improvement (QI) Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) with the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that programs and services meet internal quality standards and comply with external regulatory requirements. The QI Manager supports the development of performance metrics, conducts internal audits, and facilitates corrective action planning to promote continuous quality enhancement. Data collection and analysis are used to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. This position works collaboratively with program leadership and staff to build a culture of accountability and excellence across all service areas.

Forestdale is a NYC child welfare agency working to prevent child abuse/neglect through parenting, prevention, and foster care services, focusing on low-income and immigrant communities in NYC. Forestdale operates out of three offices to better serve the families of Brooklyn and Queens. We help thousands of families work through complex trauma, parents raise the next amazing of children, and youth successfully launch into adulthood. Salary: $80,000- $100,000
