The Quality Project Manager has an opportunity to interact with multiple people of different diversities, cultures, socioeconomic, educational, racial, and sexual orientations in an effort to deliver appropriate health and disease prevention policies and regulations.
The Quality Project Manager contributes to the mission by improving and validating health measurement analytics, graphic reports, surveys, performance improvement projects, and plans. Finding ways to impact the organization's approach to improving, tracking, implementing, and evaluating compliance/communication plans are within their duties.
By lending a helpful hand and executing training for staff education programs, the Quality Project Manager contributes to quality improvement and supports the National Quality Director with the creation of a positive working environment that embraces the organization's mission and values.
