Quality & Food Safety Manager - Ashburn, GA - Archer-Daniels-Midland Company - ADM : Job Details

The Quality and Food Safety Manager is responsible for managing the site quality and food safety program for our Ashburn, GA peanut processing facility. This position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line reporting to Regional Quality and Food Safety Manager Essential Job Functions. Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that Food Safety/ Quality requirements are met. Manages, plans, implements, and continuously improves the Food Safety/ Quality divisional programs. Enforce Quality goals and KPIs, Food Safety/ Quality, maintain Food Safety plan, and supports Operations for continuous improvement. Ensure the processes and systems are adequate to implement, achieve, and maintain 3rd party certifications (BRC) and FDA compliance (21 CFR 507 and/or 21 CFR 117). Oversee usage of and provide support for information technology systems. Manages the Food Safety/ Quality Team. Conduct quality and food safety training for all colleagues onsite.
