Quality Engineer - General Motors : Job Details

Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Flint, Michigan, on a full-time basis. The Role Lead problem-solving activities to address identified failures and meet prescribed exit criteria within the Machining Areas. Analyze reject/scrap data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Work independently under the general direction of the Launch Quality Lead and site Quality Manager. Demonstrate a high level of perception and initiative to ensure a flawless launch. Clearly define problems, provide technical mentorship on complex issues, and provide regular progress updates.
