Quality Engineer - Danfoss : Job Details

Leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for plant quality issues. Facilitate and coordinate 8 D problem-solving teams. Support and verify implementation of permanent corrective actions. Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with plant objectives. Interface with customers to resolve concerns and manage returns, credits, and complaints. Support new product launches by participating in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities. Perform and document PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions. Maintain quality records and monitor critical process data collection. Maintain Control Plans and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications, audits, and document control. Provide training to employees on quality tools, procedures, and standards. Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of laser measurement and lab equipment.
