BS Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering 5 years experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred) Fluent in Mandarin, able to travel overseas Strong knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Certification in quality assurance ASQ, Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt Strong familiarity with FMEA, SPC, UL certification, IEC 60950, 62368 Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during the development phase. Provide assistance for FA from RMA or address issues raised by clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, production, suppliers) to establish standards, processes, and guidelines that promote quality.
