• Create & implement Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure compliance with Company & Industry Standards, including ISO standards
• Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and create quality documentation
• Oversee operations of quality control systems
• Apply and analyze testing and inspection procedures
• Diagnose and correct improper quality control practices
• Oversee quality audits. Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate NCR and resolutions
• Perform periodic fabrication and assembly inspections

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess good presentation and communication skills in both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Clear understanding of ISO and standards to ensure adherence to best practices and quality management systems
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization
• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in manufacturing
• Candidate must be able to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
