Quality Engineer - Staffmark : Job Details

Staffmark is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Fayetteville, AR to hire a Quality Engineer for a full-time, first-shift opportunity. This role plays a key part in reducing rework, improving product quality, and supporting engineering and production teams. Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 annually Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Be Doing Eliminate rework by analyzing data and customer feedback to drive quality improvements Lead and manage the internal audit process to maintain ISO and AS 9100 compliance Investigate and resolve quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (8 D, 7 D, CCAR, etc.) Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing quality plans and ensuring standards are met Interface with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met Generate and analyze quality ...Quality Engineer, Engineer, Electronics, Technology, Staffing, Support
