Quality Engineer - Chemtrade Logistics : Job Details

Apply Statistical problem solving techniques such as Pareto analysis, data trending, Design of experiments (DOE), Gage RR etc. to solve and troubleshoot plant process and customer related quality issues; Lead and/or participate in root cause analysis for plant Quality, safety and production issues using tools such as 8 D, 5 why or other Six Sigma methods. Manage plant and customer data requests by generating, monitoring and trending process and customer shipment data on a continuous basis using statistical tools and models. Leads and/or participates in Lean Six Sigma activities such as Kaizen, Value stream mapping, Roadmap planning, 5 S, visual management, SMED, & creation of standard work. Facilitates and assists with Customer, RC 14001, & ISO audits; assists with resolution of customer complaints as necessary. Support other Chemtrade locations in implementing Quality and Continuous improvement activities.
