Quality Engineer - Precision Castparts Corporation : Job Details

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and evaluating integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. This will be accomplished by utilizing various manufacturing methodologies including but not limited to Lean Manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, 6 S, TOC, and problem solving. Essential Functions: Maintain, monitor and develop systems relating to ISO, AS 9100, NADCAP and other similar industry standards. Develop and maintain Quality systems with the customer and manufacturing to ensure delivery of quality products. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
