In this role you will manage the company's quality systems in support of minimizing escapes and continuously improving manufacturing yields. Our client is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead efforts in achieving zero escapes and enhancing manufacturing yields. Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage RMAs and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal quality system audits.
• Oversee calibration system effectiveness.
• Maintain quality procedures and standards.
• Utilize SPC and MSA for process control.

What We're Looking For in a Quality Engineer:

• Expertise in quality systems and standards.
• Familiarity with IPC, military, and customer specs.
• Proficient in quality tools like SPC, DOE, Cpk.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• At least 5 years in aerospace or similar industry.
• This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
