Job Description

• Review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans.
• Assess reliability testing, equipment service, calibration, and verification processes.
• Perform failure and root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Coordinate UL and other regulatory factory audits.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via conference calls and provide reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality strategies across the organization.
• Perform additional assessments as assigned.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality/process engineering within the electronic or electro-mechanical industry.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and tools.
• Knowledge of server components and computer system integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality system training and SPC principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional long days, evenings, weekends, and travel.

Compensation

Salary range: $91,500 - $128,000
