- Lead quality engineering, with teams with tasks for plant.
- Leading problem solving, inspection/final inspection.
- Running document updating including control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, Gage planning.
- Customer support, customer trials, & other responsibilities.
- Responsible for preparation of PPAP on time for new product release, assemble data from Metrology/Testing Labs/Special Tests
- New Projects: Launch Engineering to create Gage Lists, purchase , & set up items in Gage Tracking Software, and MRO.
- Create spare parts lists for Straightening Fixtures/Machines, & QA Equipment as needed.
- Help with launch trials to ensure the process will be ready for start of production.
- Responsible for process audits and costumer audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS or AS university or 6 years experience
- 3 min. Automotive Quality experience
- Problem Solving, QRQC, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC
