Job Description
  • Reduce and control manufacturing process defects by leading efforts focused on identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions. Responsibilities may include data queries, bounding, complex product stops, and developing release criteria.
  • Develop and implement product quality plans, documents, and systems by creating specifications, risk analyses, FMEAs, and quality plans in collaboration with product development teams.
  • Develop and implement process monitoring systems by identifying critical processes and devising methods to reduce variation and eliminate defects.
  • Lead product/process improvement efforts by capturing quality metrics and performing analysis to enhance product design and development.
  • Create quality tools and training materials, assessing existing tools, identifying improvements, and communicating new tools to teams.
  • Qualifications

    Provide process and quality engineering support to manufacturing and product development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products. A Bachelor's degree is required.
