Quality Engineer - Ametek : Job Details

The Quality Engineer (QE) is a technical leader who teams with multiple departments to ensure the business meets quality and delivery goals. The QE will utilize analytical and problem-solving techniques to resolve quality problems and drive improvement. Interpret, implement, and conform to customer requirements. Develop and approve quality procedures. Develop and maintain inspection plans/ standards. Oversee implementation of calibration systems for inspection and process testing procedures/equipment used in manufacturing operations in accordance with AS 9100 standards. Actively coordinate and be responsible for new product launch activities and revised designs as assigned. Manage daily activities of the quality inspector/auditor, coordinate and improve quality control process with responsibility for high-level product quality.
