Quality Engineer - Fabrications - InsulTech : Job Details

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Engineering to support our growing heat shield fabrication business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the shop floor, solving problems in close collaborations with production staff. Specific tasks include:

• First Article Validation

• Root Cause Analysis

• Corrective Action

• Shop floor process improvements and troubleshooting

• QMS program development and support

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree is desirable but may be substituted with successful industry experience.

• Must have at least 5 years experience in quality

• Must have a general understanding of welding, preferably resistance welding per AWS D17.2.

• Must have experience in ISO 9001 environment. AS9100 and Nadcap (Welding) experience desirable

• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Spanish/English proficiency is desirable.

• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
