Quality Engineer 2nd Shift (M-F 3pm-11:30pm) - Woodward : Job Details

Level 1:Performs quality related activities associated with the nonconforming material control process. Is actively involved in problem solving activities, and ensuring the robustness of root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) when necessary. Performs advanced quality planning processes. Examples include Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)/ First Article Inspection (FAI), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) processes. (May be performed by CQE at some sites.)Proactively Identifies and drives resolution to systemic issues within the organization. Assembles and monitors appropriate company/customer metrics and proposes improvements for the performance of Quality. May analyze the metrics and provide recommendations based on the results.
