• Deliver consistent high-quality products to the customers.
• Ensure the site is functioning as a CDMO
• Execute the Quality System during day-to-day activities
• Maintain the quality standards for the products during product transfers
• Meets the Quality department's Budget.
• Develop future leadership for the site
• Provide interface with Regulatory bodies.
• Maintain Site's registration criteria with FDA, States and Local authorities
• Manage NCR process, OOS program, vendor OOS process and any other non-conformances within the site
• Continually look for ways to improve quality processes while maintaining compliance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance throughout the site.
• Ensures a safe working environment within the quality department and site

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in scientific field or engineering field. Other degrees considered based on experience.
• MS, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• 15 years in Quality Experience including management of people.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations
• Knowledge of cGMPs and industry standards
• Sterile production Knowledge required.
