This position offers an exciting opportunity for Quality Control in Rough Rice department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:Duties include but are not limited to:Protect the product and make sure all quality control checks are being done. Cross train and work in all departments. Assist in development of SOPs and Work Instructions. Train new hires. Can work overtime each day. Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures. Assist in completing JSAs Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values. Able to communicate with all levels of the organization. All other duties assigned by management Qualifications. Ability work under pressure, well with others. Good attendance.
