Job DescriptionThe role includes overseeing and managing quality control processes from raw materials to finished goods. It also involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies in alignment with industry standards. Additionally, the position requires leading, training, and supporting the quality control team in inspections, testing, and evaluations. Collaboration with production and engineering teams to identify issues and drive process improvements is also part of the job. The role involves conducting audits, managing quality documentation, and leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.

The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. They demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and inspection tools, including CMM and calibration practices. The applicant brings hands-on problem-solving skills, data-driven decision making, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. They possess proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
