If you're ready to leave your mark on high-stakes projects and thrive in a regulated, precision-focused environment, let's talk.What You Will Do:You'll supervise a team of QC inspectors responsible for inspections and tests at our Piketon site and supplier facilities, ensuring full compliance with NRC, DOE, and QAPD standards. You'll assign inspection activities, support audits and assessments, and serve as a technical authority in Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Whether training staff, interfacing with regulators, or reviewing QC procedures, you'll be the steady hand guiding quality control in fast-paced construction and operations environments. Your leadership will ensure critical work is done right the first time-and every time.We'd Love To Hear From People With:

• An associate degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory and QC experience
• 4+ years of QC experience in nuclear, industrial, or construction settings
• Certification (or the ability to attain certification) in two or more of the following areas:
  • Receiving, Dimensional, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Inspection
  • Visual Weld Inspection (AWS CWI preferred)
  • Leak Testing (Helium preferred)
  • Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Radiographic, or Ultrasonic Inspection
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and QA/QC documentation systems
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Q level security clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:

• A current Q or L clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) certifications
• Lead NQA-1 Auditor Certification
• Previous experience at an NRC-regulated site
• Military or defense nuclear experience
• Familiarity with NQA-1 and DOE O 414.1D requirements

In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require a preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a DOE security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government.
