General Summary
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the analysis of the real estate and consumer lending loan origination process to ensure CCU manufactures quality loans that adhere to state and regulatory compliance requirements and meet lending and investor guidelines. Reviews are performed on a sampling of loans to identify and mitigate deficiencies.

Position Requirement and Qualifications
Abilities : Excellent attention to detail, analysis, problem-solving teamwork, time management, and member service skills to include both written and verbal communication. Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision. Able to handle competing priorities.
Knowledge, Education, Certifications, Licenses : Requires a strong knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan terminology, documentation, lending policies and guidelines. Working knowledge of the loan origination process and relevant laws and regulations related to lending. Proficient in MS Word and Excel and other relevant computer applications. General knowledge of credit union policies and procedures. High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum of three years of work experience in the mortgage and / or consumer lending industry or equivalent required to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to handle all aspects of the position.
