About This Role
As a QC Associate for Covered Insurance, you will work closely with the Customer Care Retention Team on-site in our Westlake Village office, Monday through Friday. Every month we have a retention goal, exceeding expectations in servicing our customers. You will facilitate the renewal process and maintain current records within our agency management system EZLynx and Salesforce. This would include documentation, policy data updates, and clear notation of communications. You would also correspond externally with our customers and mortgage companies on policies that are within the 60-day expiration window.
