Total Compensation Range: $90,400 - $135,400 (Salary + COLA)

Position Description

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible for implementing and managing the QC program in collaboration with the project superintendent. This role involves coordinating activities of multiple QC engineers, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to resolve QC issues, and participating in regional quality control initiatives. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications
  • A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience on large commercial construction projects.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Prolog, Primavera, AutoCAD.
  • Experience with quality control and safety processes, including leading QC meetings, reviewing inspection reports, and coordinating testing and inspections.
  • Knowledge of contract documents, codes, and standards.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate QC personnel.
Physical Work Demands

Moderate exertion, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, kneeling, sitting, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Frequent use of computers and office machinery. Exposure to outdoor elements and noisy environments.
