Salary Range: $130,000 to $145,000 annually

Travel: Up to 25%

The Quality Control Manager reports to a senior manager and is part of a team supporting Base Operations at Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) and DISA. This role ensures the physical assets and services meet standards and regulations, supporting critical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a quality control program aligned with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide staff training on quality standards.
  • Be available on-site during and after hours as required.
    • Qualifications
    • Minimum five years of experience with Base Operations Support Contracts or related safety programs.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control principles applicable to base services.
    • U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license required.
    • TS/SCI clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
    • Physical ability to work on-site, with PPE as needed.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
