Quality Control Manager (CQCM) - HEALTHEON : Job Details

CQCM is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality of work and control of the construction activities, and for implementing the Quality Control Plan for the project. The CQCM will assist in developing work plans and verify that all features of work comply with contract requirements.

The role includes managing the Quality Control System (QCS), maintaining field filing systems, drafting daily reports, performing quality control inspections, managing submittals, conducting preparatory and initial meetings, facilitating schedule progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to address issues related to all features of work at the site
• Knowledge of project coordination and compliance requirements
• Good decision-making skills focused on compliance and practicality
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of USACE RMS, CMIC is a plus
• Ability to read plans and interpret specifications
• Training in 3-Phase Quality Control Programs (USACE CQCM)
• Knowledge of First Aid/CPR, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing codes, LEED, and sustainability standards

Experience:

• Construction Quality Control: 3 years (preferred)
• Vertical building experience in construction industry: 5 years
