The role requires interaction with various requesters within the corporation, demanding diplomacy and the ability to reconcile conflicting requests to produce high-quality content.Responsibilities

• Complete Automotive and Powersports owner's manual regulatory compliance reviews within ten business days.
• Conduct quality control reviews of Automotive and Powersports consumer-facing publications within ten business days.
• Perform quality control reviews of internal communications within one business day.
• Ensure all reviews are completed with zero errors, maintaining 100% quality.
• Maintain and update cover art templates.

Essential Skills

• Adherence to regulatory compliance standards during document reviews.
• Excellent proficiency in written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Meticulous approach to work with a strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Ability to ask questions and interact effectively with technical writers and SMEs.
• Capability to maintain high-quality work under deadline pressure.
• Focus and productivity in a noisy, open-office environment.
• Sound judgment during the editing process.

Work EnvironmentThe role requires four days of onsite work and one day of remote work. The environment is open-office, requiring focus amidst noise.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Torrance, California.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
