Quality Control Lab Analyst - Avantor : Job Details

The Opportunity:Avantor is looking for a Quality Control Lab Analyst to join our Aurora, OH team. The Analyst will be responsible for sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products in the Quality Control laboratory. The working schedule is Monday - Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. What were looking for. Education: Bachelors Degree in a science discipline is required; Knowledge and experience in Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology is preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a related field. Collaboration Tool: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)Preferred Qualifications: Wet chemistry experience preferred (ex. Acid/ Base Titrations, water content)How you will thrive and create an impact. Conducts routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process formulations and final products to established specifications.
