Quality Control Inspector - JELD-WEN : Job Details

Inspect all aspects of windows and doors manufactured within the Plant against published quality standards. Able to read and interpret drawings, use a tape measurer, calipers and basic knowledge of utilizing an I-Pad. Able to effectively communicate with hourly production employees to include training them on their job tasks. Coach employees when quality defects are identified. Effectively communicate with Group Manages and Leaders, coaching and collaborating with them on solutions to quality obstacles. Able to write Standard Operating Procedures and fill out various reports. Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day, operate in a non-airconditioned manufacturing environment.
