Quality Control Auditor - Baldor Specialty Foods : Job Details

Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms. Enter return information into the computer. Learn extensive produce product knowledge in order to proper access the quality of a product being received. Able to identify and report any item conditions discrepancies to the QC Manager. Maintains sanitation standards. Capable of assessing the accuracy of goods received by matching merchandise received to the PO - Knows when to report shorts, damages or defects to the receiving or QC manager. Understands LIFO or FIFO methodology and?knows how and where to store newly received products.
