About the Role
We're looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology Quality Assurance Team. In this role, you'll help ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions by supporting test planning, execution, defect reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You'll play a critical part in ensuring our products meet client needs—on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality.
What You'll Do
- Participate in requirements reviews (business, technical, functional, and design) and develop test cases/scripts.
- Execute test plans, prepare test data, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Identify, validate, and report defects, collaborating directly with development teams to troubleshoot and verify fixes.
- Assist with environment readiness and post-implementation validation.
- Support the training of testers on systems, applications, and tools.
- Stay current with client policies, products, and practices while demonstrating core values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a financial institution.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, QA principles, and methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools (HP ALM/Quality Center or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
