Responsibilities for a Quality Auditor include but are not limited to: **

• Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk and improve agent performance

• Ensure adherence to applicable quality guidelines, processes, and compliance standards

• Monitor agent responses and proper use of tools (e.g., scripts and resources)

• Meet minimum production and accuracy goals as set by the team

• Work independently and maintain secure handling of sensitive customer information in a remote setting

Candidates for the Quality Auditor role must meet the following requirements to be considered: **

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

• Quality audit experience required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Experience auditing customer service calls, preferably in healthcare, is a plus

• Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM local time

• Type: Temporary

Pay Details: $22.07 to $30.10 per hour
