Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and implement improvements.

• Ensure all products distributed across North America adhere to Uline's stringent quality standards.

• Work closely with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Assist in quality assurance projects, including return processes and packaging enhancements.

• Participate in evaluations of new products and vendors.

• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience in warehouse operations, quality assurance, or vendor management is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
