Contingent Upon Award Williams Consulting LLC (WCLLC), a Baltimore, Maryland-based government contracting firm, is seeking a Quality Assurance Reviewer/Editor to perform comprehensive quality checks on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)/Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) site visit reports. The site visit services are a critical part of the Medicare enrollment and revalidation process, and a key component of CMS' broader efforts to prevent fraud, abuse and waste in the Medicare program. The ideal candidate has experience in quality assurance and technical editing within federal programs. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports. Familiarity with HRSA compliance requirements is strongly preferred, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. This position is remote.   • Perform 100% quality assurance reviews of site visit reports, findings, and supporting documentation.
  • Verify that content aligns with the HRSA Health Center Program Compliance Manual, CMS Site Visit Protocol, and federal requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in report writing, including proper use of CMS/HRSA-approved templates.
  • Cross-check reviewer findings for completeness, correctness, and defensibility in case of audit or appeal.
  • Collaborate with Compliance SMEs and reviewers to resolve discrepancies or unclear findings.
  • Track common issues and recommend process improvements to strengthen report quality.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, English, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in federal compliance reviews, quality assurance, or technical editing.
  • Familiarity with HRSA Health Center Program requirements, CMS compliance frameworks, and federal reporting standards strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience with secure document management systems and compliance with PHI/HIPAA requirements.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic in all situations
  • Must complete CMS/HRSA security and confidentiality training.
  • Must be able to provide three or more references that can attest to their qualifications and requirements during the interview and application process.

Working Conditions and Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Standing, sitting, squatting, and other normal office-related physical activities are required. Must be able to sit and read computer screens for extended periods.
