Quality Assurance (QA) - Hohenwald TNJOB TITLE: Quality Assurance / Full-time LOCATION: Hohenwald, TNSCHEDULE: Mon - Fri, Day ShiftSALARY: D.O.E.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews and evaluates clinical records for adherence to documentation standards. Compiles statistical data for pre-selected specific topics for review such as unusual discharges, incident reports, or other factors. Provides statistical and quality of care reports as determined by company policy and payer sources. At times of census flux, may assist in other departments throughout the company. Reports when trends are found that indicate the need for training or retraining and assists in training company staff. Attends scheduled team meetings and training sessions QUALIFICATIONS Valid TN D.L. with F endorsement required; F endorsement can be obtained once hiredIndividual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Up to date computer skills and learn new software such as TIER EHR (electronic health record) system, Excel, Office 365 and email.
