Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) position focuses on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal, and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAM provides leadership oversight to operations to meet their goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of operational regulatory, accreditation, and company requirements.
• Implement and monitor operational systems/processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct operational reviews, including Site Reviews, Record Reviews, and other quality monitoring activities.
• Document review activities thoroughly and timely.
• Prepare detailed reports of quality assurance findings.
• Serve as a contact for external regulatory reviews in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Manage State/Federal Survey documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans.
• Lead improvement initiatives and oversee accreditation standards.
• Maintain certifications for company signature programs.
• Supervise entry-level QA staff, if applicable.
• Travel within designated service sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field and at least 2 years of experience working with foster care families and children.
• Valid driver's license with current insurance.
• Preferred: 2 years of case management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems within residential services.
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Salary Range: USD $51,000.00 / Year
