AeroAntenna Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Quality Manager to join our Quality team.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train personnel to meet the highest quality and reliability standards.
• Maintain AS9100 and ISO17025 certifications.
• Collaborate with management and production staff to optimize quality processes.
• Manage AAT supplier base.
• Oversee product repair processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quality audits and aftermarket services.
• Manage AAT calibration program.
• Monitor and resolve outstanding quality issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent; 5 years of quality assurance management or key role experience required.
• Certified Quality Engineer or Manager designation preferred.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills for electro-mechanical devices.
• Solid understanding of AS9100 and ISO17025 standards and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of FAA procedures related to TSO, PMA, and DMIR preferred.
• Proficiency in ESD techniques; experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
