We are hiring an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to support the day-to-day operations of a leading global medical device manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience in a regulated, high-impact production environment. Overview: In this role, you will provide direct support to the manufacturing lines by developing and implementing methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection. Your work will help ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards and perform as intended. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production defect trends; lead projects to reduce top defect drivers
- Identify, contain, and resolve nonconformances originating in manufacturing
- Coach and guide cross-functional teams on Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Support or design test equipment and perform product testing/analysis to maintain quality levels
- Conduct and document technical investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain productive collaboration with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline; Mechanical preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems in high-stress situations
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and capability metrics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
