  • Conduct regular benchmarking and performance improvement activities according to the quality improvement and performance management best practices, and present results to clinical staff, committees and leadership staff.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services Administrator and Medical Director to identify improvement projects that will help improve clinical measures and quality indicators.
  • Provide quality improvement recommendations and suggestions for designing best practice workflows and systems that promote quality of care and patient safety.
  • Implement performance management and improvement activities and processes that lead to positive and measurable impacts on patient care.
  • Design and implement an effective division-wide quality improvement staff training program.
  • Develop and executes tools to track, monitor and post quality-related initiatives, projects and benchmarking data.
  • Identify improvements needed for benchmarks or measures below desired thresholds of short and long-range organizational goals, objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness to effect changes required for demonstrated improvement.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or other health related degree program is required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience collecting, analyzing and presenting data, preferably in a health care environment is required.
  • Two years of experience in the implementation and effective use of quality improvement best practices, principles, tools, and methodologies and ability to train staff in their use is required.
  • Three years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervision.
  • Six Sigma or similar nationally recognized quality management and improvement certification program preferred.
  • Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
  • FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire.
