The Quality and Compliance Director is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance and ethics program is effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Director provides compliance training to all departments and the board members. They review reports and both internal/external audits to assess whether company policies meet regulatory compliance requirements. The Director ensures that the organization maintains high standards of quality and continuous improvement.
